The Reviews

The Zorjushi BB-PAC20 Home Bakery Virtuoso Breadmaker has been getting overwhelmingly positive reviews.  The most common adjective applied to its description is “wonderful”, and many people have said that they love this breadmaker. I own one myself
and can’t say enough good things about it. This bread maker just works, every time!

People have pointed out that they are very pleased with how the bread made by this machine turns out.  They are attributing the perfection of this machine to the special heater that is on the lid, surmising that this enables the breadmaker to brown the crust perfectly.  Some have used the breadmaker to make gluten-free bread, and they are excited by the results.

People really like the timer, and how long you can set it for. It has been described as very easy to use.

It seems that a previous model of this breadmaker wasn’t as good as this, the newest version of it is.   Some people have found that their brand new Zojrushi BB-PAC20 Home Bakery Virtuoso Breadmaker arrived to them already broken.  One person said that the breadmaker did not properly brown a loaf of gluten-free bread that she tried to bake in it.  Some are unhappy with the customer service that comes from the company that makes this breadmaker.

From our research we are very confident and happy to recommend this bread machine as the positive reviews far out weight the negative ones.

I actually own 2 zojuruishi bread maker supremes. I have last years model. I love this machine. I bake for a local farmers market and cant seem to make enough bread for the demand. I have experimented with several recipes other than are listed in the cookbook that is included. my ONLY COMPLAINT is that if you have any problems with t he machine they have the absolute worst customer service. I had something go wrong with my first machine and it took days for me to get it remedied. I had to go to the people I bought the machine from when zojuruishi refused to help me. their read on the situation was “its your machine now”. what they offered was to have me (at my own expense) send the machine to them and they would “see what they could do”. and then (at my expense) they would ship the now used machine back to me. due to the fact I had just paid over $200 for the machine I did not want it used, I wanted a new one. so, finally I got a new machine (but not from zojuruishi).
having said all of that, I wouldn’t have another bread maker. it is beyond wonderful.
