If you are looking for a fast easy family meal, this pork roast couldn’t be any easier. This roast takes only a few minutes of prep and is cooked in the crockpot. It can be served immediately or store it in the refrigerator and reheated in the oven when you are ready to serve. This roast is great served with mashed or roasted potatoes, apple sauce, and a green salad.

  • 3 pound boneless pork-loin
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsps. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic

Prepare the roast by trimming any excess fat, leave 1/4 inch of fat. Put the roast in the crockpot with the fat side facing down.

Mix the remainder of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour over the top of the roast. Cover the crockpot and set it for 5-6 hours on high and 8-9 hours on low.

The roast is done when it reaches 145 degrees F.

Slice roast in half inch slices and place in a glass baking dish. Pour liquid from the crockpot over the top of the pork roast. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator and reheat at 325 degree for 20 minutes when you are ready to serve.
