Honey Mustard Glazed Chicken Wings

Everyone loves a really good chicken wing, and these sweet and a bit spice wings are sure to be a hit at any party. These are not only great for any of your Christmas parties, but they also make a great choice for New Year’s Eve parties as well. They are a bit messy so make sure to serve with plenty of napkins.

Ingredients:

  • 16 whole chicken wings
  • 1 rounded tablespoon of course grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon and a teaspoon of honey
  • 2 teaspoons HP sauce (or any other brown sauce available)
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 cloves of garlic crushed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix all sauce ingredients together in large mixing blow until combined. Add wings and mix until the wings are well coated with the sauce ingredients. Let sit in sauce for approximately 30 minutes to marinate.

Place wings on a baking sheet, and place in an oven preheated to 400 degrees. Cook wings for approximately 30 minutes or until cooked through. Turning wings will prevent sticking and burning, and ensure the wings are evenly cooked.

Remove wings from the oven, serve with extra sauce on the side. You can garnish wings with a touch of Cilantro for color if desired. Best when served hot.
