Ingredients:
- ¼ cup pine nuts
- 1 ½ cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 garlic cloves
- ¾ cup parmesan cheese
- 4-5 tablespoons olive oil
Instruction:
In a medium sauce pan over medium-high heat, place pine nuts in the hot pan to roast for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally; let them cool down before using. Put basil, garlic cloves, cheese, and roasted pine nuts into a food processor and blend well. With food processor running, slowly pour in olive oil and blend until well combined.
